J.P. Doherty, 1970-2014 R.I.P.

Sad news to report. John Doherty died May 1. According to the Vancouver Sun and Province obituary: "John filled the hearts of all who knew him with his own tremendous heart, love, loyalty, devotion and kindness." I have great memories of various and sundry hijinks with John throughout high school, but mostly the U2 concerts at B.C. Place of 1987 and 1997 and Pogues in 1988.
